There's no question in my mind that Sally and Frank were always destined to be together. Their paths crossed many times before all the stars were finally aligned for their serendipitous first meeting...at an underground party April 29st, 2006 in San Francisco. The first time their paths crossed was on 4th of July in 1991, they were both at a Cure concert at the Spartan Theatre in San Jose. Several years later, they were at a wedding in which the bride and groom were close family friends of the both the Saedi and Rahmani family and yet, they never met. On the night of April 29th 2006, they missed each other again at a mutual friend's (that was Keith's party hosted by Diane, for those that know the wonderful couple) graduation party by mere minutes before heading off to the underground party. It was at this party where fate was finally given a helpful nudge by dear Mariell, Frank's sister in law. According to my sources, both Mark and Mariell, a.k.a. M&M, thought the pair would be perfect for each other and introduced them. Prior to the official introduction, they had already caught each other's eye and the laws of attraction were already at work. There is, however, a question as to who was checking who out first, and if you know either Sally or Frank, you'll know better to just leave it at that!

The happy couple got engaged on the last night of their vacation in the US and British Virgin Islands while taking a moonlight stroll on the beach. It should be noted that the fateful engagement ring had been picked up only the night before they flew out in the morning. There was some last minute adjustments to the ring and Frank's good friend, Mehdi, had assisted in this covert operation to make this all happen. The ring had travelled nearly four thousand miles to the Virgin Islands and survived an eight day sailing trip through a dozen islands.

So now we are getting ready for what will an amazing union of not only two beautiful people, but the coming together of great families and close friends.
